The official website for Silver Link.'s Itai no wa Iya nano de Bougyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu. (I Hate Being in Pain, so I think I'll Make a Full Defense Build) TV anime revealed cast members on Friday. The series will premiere on January 8, 2020 at 10:00 p.m. on AT-X, followed by ABC TV, Tokyo MX, and TV Aichi. Amazon Prime Video will also begin streaming it the same day. Cast members announced earlier this year have also been included for convenience.

Voice actress Kaede Hondo will star as the protagonist Maple.
Shin Oonuma and Mirai Minato are directing the TV anime that adapts Yuumikan's fantasy light novel series. Fumihiko Shimo is in charge of the series composition, and Kazuya Hirata is designing the characters and directing the animation.
