TV Anime 'Gleipnir' Announces Main Cast, Additional Staff


Main cast and additional staff for Pine Jam's television anime adaptation of Sun Takeda's Gleipnir manga were announced through the seventh volume's wraparound band on Friday. The anime is scheduled to broadcast in Spring 2020 on Tokyo MX, among other channels.

The opening theme song will be performed by Hikaru Masai, a former Kalafina member that now goes under the artist name H-el-ical//.

Kazuhiro Yoneda (Akatsuki no Yona) is directing the television anime, with Shinichi Inotsume (Gangsta.) handling the series composition. Takahiro Kishida (Btooom!) is designing the characters.

Takeda began drawing the supernatural action manga in Young Magazine the 3rd in October 2015. Kodansha published the sixth compiled volume on March 19. Kodansha Comics licensed the series in English in 2018 and released the fifth volume on November 19.
