
The second compiled volume of Airi Furukawa (AKB0048)'s short manga series Chibi Airin no Yuruyakana Nichijou released on Monday has announced that it will get an anime adaptation to stream via Tate Anime app. As previously announced, anime in the Tate app will contain 10 episodes, with a duration of three minutes each. The series will be available sometime in April.
In the anime, Furukawa will also voice the heroine Chibi Airin. Other cast members include Madoka Asahina (Hina Logi: From Luck & Logic), Tamaki Orie (Karadasagashi), Kento Shiraishi (the Yowamushi Pedal series), Anju Nitta (Ensemble Stars!), and Haruka Fushimi (Hitorigurashi no Shougakusei).

Airi Furukawa was a member of SKE48, a sub-group of AKB48. Before she was in SKE48, Furukawa auditioned for Morning Musume and Anisong Grand Prix. She is currently a freelance illustrator, and has been drawing a short manga series featuring a protagonist based on herself with other characters since 2015.
