The official website of Cyborg 009 has announced a new original 3DCG movie trilogy titled Cyborg 009: Call of Justice. The first movie will screen in Japanese theaters on November 25, followed by the second movie on December 2, and the third and final movie on December 9 for two weeks, consecutively. A teaser trailer was also released featuring the staff and 3DCG footage of the movie.
Synopsis
"Blessed" are people who obtain skills that surpass normal people's knowledge. Hidden for a long time since long past, they start to act restlessly and fatally again. What are they aiming for? The darkness of war starts to cover up the world. Journalist Lucy Dabenboard, one of the few who knows the existence of the "Blessed," visited a house in Texas, USA. She saw 00 cyborgs including Joe Shimamura who is called 009. Due to the existence of overcoming nuclear weapons from the remake surgery, they saved people from danger since the Cold War. Since the establishment of the Guardiance, Cyborgs left their mission and are finally able to live a peaceful life. Lucy's visit and Blessed's threat leads them to war again. Can't people forget war? Where will people's future go?
