This year's 19th issue of Weekly Young Jump magazine announced on Thursday that manga Himouto! Umaru-chan G will end in the next issue, which goes on sale on April 19.
SankakuHead began the original Himouto! Umaru-chan manga in Young Jump in March 2013 and ended the series last November with 12 compiled volumes. Sankakuhead subsequently launched Himouto! Umaru-chan G as a sequel.
The manga received two TV anime adaptations by Doga Kobo in Summer 2015 and Fall 2017, each running for 12 episodes. Two OVA episodes were bundled with the seventh and tenth compiled volumes in October 2015 and August 2017, respectively.
