Peach Boy Riverside' Reveals Additional Cast, Theme Song Artists, July 1 Premiere


The official website for the television anime adaptation of Cool-kyou Shinja and Yohane's Peach Boy Riverside manga revealed additional cast members, theme song artists, and a second key visual (pictured) on Wednesday. The anime premieres on July 1 at 10:00 p.m. on Tokyo MX and will stream on Docomo Anime Store.

Atra: Yuuko Suzuhana (Wagakki Band vocals, piano)

Haruka Shiraishi (Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai) and Nao Touyama (Kanojo, Okarishimasu) are starring as Saitorine Ardalake and Mikoto Kibitsu, respectively.

Atra's voice actor Yuuko Suzuhana is teaming up with the group Q-MHz for the opening theme, "Dark spiral journey," and Mitei no Hanashi is performing the ending theme, "Yoru wo Koeru Ashioto."

Shigeru Ueda (Märchen Mädchen) is directing the series at Asahi Production and Keiichirou Oochi (Hinamatsuri (TV)) is handling the series composition. Satomi Kurita (Princess Connect! Re:Dive) and Masato Katou (Namu Amida Butsu!: Rendai Utena) are in charge of the character designs, and Takaaki Nakahashi (Pan de Peace!) is composing the music.

Cool-Kyou Shinja launched the action fantasy manga on Neetsha's Weekly Young VIP website in January 2008 before relaunching the series with Yohane in Shounen Magazine R in August 2017. Kodanasha released the ninth compiled volume on February 17.

Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English last September. The eighth digital volume will be released on June 8, followed by the first print volume on June 29.
