
Avex Entertainment opened an official website for the anime adaptation of Love&Art's previously announced multimedia project Wave!! on Friday, revealing the first trailer, main staff, and a teaser visual (pictured). The anime film, titled Wave!!: Surfing Yappe!!, will premiere in three-parts in Japanese theaters this summer.

Video game developer MAGES. is credited for the original concept and production of the anime. The project initially started in October 2018 and has subsequently inspired radio programs, CDs, and an upcoming smartphone game.
A four-panel manga written by Kisara Akino (Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun Anthology) began its serialization on November 11.
