The official website and Twitter for the One Room short TV anime series announced a third season on Saturday. The announcement included limited information on returning cast and staff. Smiral Animation also released a promotional video that highlights the first two seasons in the series before introducing the third.
M.A.O (Enen no Shouboutai) will reprise her role as Yui Hanasaka from the first two seasons, with Rie Murakawa (Hinamatsuri) returning as Natsuki Momohara from the first season, and Rie Takahashi (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!) as Minori Nanahashi from the second season. In the previous seasons, these voice actresses also contributed ending theme songs as their characters. Joining them are two new characters whose names and voice actors have yet to be released—the new character designs are depicted as silhouettes in the promotional video and character visual.
