Seiyuu Agency Mausu Promotion has announced on Friday that seiyuu Tooru Ookawa will resume his voice acting activities gradually. He went on hiatus last December to recover from an unspecified illness.
Ookawa has voiced various roles such as Valentino from Cuticle Tantei Inaba, Spade from ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka, Isami Kondou from the Hakuouki series, Nyx from the Neo Angelique Abyss series, and Ieyasu Tokugawa from the Sengoku Basara series. Toshiki Masuda is expected to reprise his role as Ieyasu Tokugawa in the upcoming anime adaptation of Sengoku Basara's spin-off series, Gakuen Basara, which has been announced to air later this year.
