Seiyuu Amina Sato announced via her radio show Sato Amina no Amimen! that she got married to a man not from the industry. She promised that she will continue working as a seiyuu.
Sato passed the audition and entered AKB48 in May 2007 as a trainee. She officially joined the main group and debuted with the 13th single titled "Kamisama ni Chikatte Gachi desu." She participated in the AKB0048 TV anime series by providing voices for Yuuka Ichijou and was a part of the group of the series NO NAME. She announced her graduation from the group in December 2013 and had her final live performance in May 2014. She signed with the talent agency Office Osawa in June of the same year.
Since debuting as a professional seiyuu, she has voiced many characters. Her first role was providing voices for Oriha Nashida from the Spring 2015 anime Triage X. Her other notable roles include Arisu Tachibana from the The iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls franchise, Mariko from Sakamichi no Apollon, Noge and Naricia from Saredo Tsumibito wa Ryuu to Odoru, and Nanami Sakuragaoka from Gi(a)rlish Number. She is currently voicing Nachua from Bermuda Triangle: Colorful Pastrale.
