The official website of the Yowamushi Pedal anime series has revealed that spin-off manga Yowamushi Pedal: Spare Bike will be getting a movie adaptation. It will premiere in Japanese theaters for a limited two-week period in September 2016. In addition, the third season of Yowamushi Pedal was also announced to air in Winter 2017.
Synopsis
These are the recollections of a group of men who bet everything on their bicycles. The central pillars of their respective teams, the third years. New stories revealing their pasts are about to begin!!
The series is drawn by Wataru Watanabe and has been publishing irregularly since August 2012 in Shounen Champion magazine.
