The official website of the Hibike! Euphonium anime has unveiled the first key visual for its sequel, Hibike! Euphonium 2, which is scheduled to begin airing in October 2016.
Two new supporting cast members were announced, and the cast of the first series will be reprising their roles. The production team of the first series is also returning for the sequel. Singer Miho Karasawa will return to perform the opening theme song under the pseudonym TRUE, while the seiyuu unit Kitauji Quartet will again perform the ending theme song.
