The official website for the duo band Trustrick has announced that they will go indefinite hiatus after their live event "TRUSTRICK TRICK TOUR 2016" on December 17. They will then pursue solo careers.
The announcement mentions that they planned to release an album compilation trilogy of "Eternity," "TRUST," and "TRICK" when the project started and are satisfied with the outcome. After discussing about their future goals, they've decided to put the project on hold and pursue solo careers.
The duo has sung theme songs for Juuou Mujin no Fafnir, Ore Monogatari!!, Shounen Maid, and Danganronpa 3: The End of Kibougamine Gakuen - Mirai-hen.
The vocalist Sayaka Kanda is also a seiyuu who received Best Actress of 9th Annual Seiyuu Awards on 2015 from voicing Japanese dub of Anna from Disney Movie Frozen and currently has a main role of Kaede Akamatsu in the upcoming Danganronpa game. Kanda is also an actress. Guitarist Billy has been active as both guitarist and composer in various bands before forming Trustrick.
