The premiere dates for the upcoming Wake Up, Girls! sequel movies were announced via the official site. The first movie will be titled Wake Up, Girls! Seishun no Kage and premiere on September 25, while the second one will be titled Wake Up, Girls! Beyond the Bottom and premiere in December. In addition to the premiere dates, the site also unveiled the key visual for the first movie (pictured right).
Wake Up, Girls! is an original anime produced and directed by Yutaka Yamamoto. The TV anime aired in Winter 2014, with the prequel movie airing a day prior to the series' broadcast date. The series also received a spin-off anime in Fall 2014, titled Wake Up Girl Zoo!.
The movies were originally announced in December.
