Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai' Creator to Start New Manga Series

A scan of Weekly Shounen Sunday's 14th issue, to be released tomorrow, is announcing a new manga series by the creator of Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai. Titled Nanoha Yougashiten no Ii Shigoto (A Good Job at Nanoha Western Confectionery Shop), Tamiki Wakaki's new series will begin in the magazine's 19th issue, to be released on April 8. The new manga will center around a western confectionery specialty shop whose cakes taste heavenly.

The western-style cake store in the new series shares the same name with a shop in Wakaki's recently serialized one-shot, Yougashiten Galaxy. Released in Shounen Sunday in August 2014, the one-shot revolved around Komugi Nanoha and her family's store that is about to go out of business, despite its cosmic clientele. It is unknown if the two stories will be related.

This announcement follows closely after the start of Wakaki's other new manga series, Neji no Hitobito (The Screw People), which revolves around the continuous self-doubt of high school student, Yamato Neji. On February 25, the title started serializing monthly via Shogakukan's digital manga platform Ura Sunday. The first two chapters are currently available on the website.

Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai was published from April 2008 to April 2014. The series has been adapted to three TV anime seasons and four OVAs.
